Serfaus – Fiss – Ladis (1180m - 2684m)

Serfaus – Fiss – Ladis , Samnaun, the Austrian Alps Connected resorts of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis make up the sun porch of the Tyrol. Enjoying a stunning location high above the tree line, most of the regions offer both well-groomed runs and various opportunities for freeride fans. In Serfaus, there is most probably the only European “village” subway. The runs spreading across many plains on several ranges resemble the French resorts, however without the concrete hotel monsters. 175 kilometers of groomed runs await their skiers here, out of which around a hundred kilometers are equipped with snow cannons that ensure the possibility of spring skiing. There is also a Fun Park for snowboarders, long wide motorway runs for carvers, and high-speed runs for competitors. The lifts or fast cable cars connect all of its important spots. Experienced skiers will above all appreciate modern lifts and variety of ski safaris. Cross-country skiers will be attracted by 111 kilometers of groomed trails. Moreover there are 10 kilometers of toboggan runs for non-skiers and also 70 kilometers of marked hiking trails. Nevertheless, the “Tirol Ski-Dimension” resort with its very good child care facilities is mainly suited for families. There are plenty of attractions for children, including lifts, funny slopes, schools and nurseries, slides, children restaurants and many hotels that take good care of their little customers. Since the resort’s chief aim is the children’s satisfaction, the quality of its aprés-ski is then mostly average.
